Making a claim

We've been paying claims for over 15 years and throughout this time we have remained committed to our philosophy to do what's right for our customers every time. That means we look for ways to pay claims - not how to get out of paying claims.

Here's what to do if you need to make a claim:

  1. Phone your adviser to let them know about your claim. They will work with you to get your claim paid as soon as possible. Alternatively, follow the instructions below and simply download the relevant claim form(s).
  2. Complete and return everything to us as quickly as you can by email, fax or post.

  3. Depending on the type of claim you are making we may need additional information from a third party e.g. your doctor. Your completed claim form gives us permission to request this information. If we need to do this we will let you know.
  4. Once we have received everything we need we will make a decision about your claim and inform you immediately.

Claim forms and information

We most commonly receive claims for Life, Trauma, Complete Disablement Cover as well as Monthly Benefit claims. The forms and information you need to make a claim under these covers are available below.
